Incredible mountain views from the room.

Our experience was absolutely frustrating. We inquired about early check-in and received a standard response of 'for an extra $50,' which was incredibly disappointing. After years of staying here, it feels like they have lost their understanding of customer service. Additionally, seeing multiple vehicles with trailers occupying the parking lot spaces added to our annoyance.

I had a fantastic stay! The indoor spa was a perfect way to unwind after a long day outdoors, and the breakfast exceeded my expectations with plenty of yummy choices. However, I noticed the room could use a bit more soundproofing as some noise came through. I’d definitely stay here again!

Elevator access non-existent!!! The bathroom cleanliness could use attention, and the soaring prices really leave a lot to be desired, especially given the lack of distinctive character!!!

the best western is stunning after the remodel! our queen room was beautiful and super modern. the location is perfect, just a short walk away from everything. leigh ann at the front desk was incredible, helping me right away after a rough day. the hot tub was a great way to unwind and relax.

No elevators available makes lugging bags to the second floor a real workout, especially for those traveling with family or a lot of gear. The gym is noticeably small, barely accommodating more than a couple of guests at a time, and the shower towels could be better suited for larger individuals—definitely bring your own if that's a concern.
